POOL DISCLOSURE:

• There are health risks associated with the use of the pool! Guest agrees to use the pool at their own risk. The Owner(s) and Point of Contact(s) will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by the Guest or the members of the Guest's party when using the pool. Guests who sign this agreement will be responsible for advising all other members of their party of all potential pool hazards and rules.

• No children under the age of 18 permitted in the pool at any time without adult supervision.

• NO glass is allowed anywhere outside and in the pool area. If broken glass is found near or in the pool area, there will be a $2,000 fee to vacuum the pool and ensure no glass is broken in the pool.

HOUSE RULES AND VIOLATION FEES:

If any of the House Rules are violated, Guests will have their reservation cancelled immediately and without refund and be charged for a security deposit up to $3000.

• We are happy to provide a generous amount of supplies as a "start-pack" for your stay. We are not obligated to refill supplies during your stay of 30 or more days. Thank you for understanding!

• Smoking, using drugs, or consuming alcohol is strictly not allowed in our house. As we value the health and safety of all our guests, we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for everyone to enjoy. Smoking or evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee.

• NO COMMERCIAL FILMING - unless pre-approved with an additional signed agreement. $1,500 fine if filming takes place without consent.

• NOISE RESTRICTIONS: All noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9:00/ 10:00 PM. Neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it’s crucial that everything is at a reasonable and respectful level at all times.

• City and neighborhood noise ordinance in effect from 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. No loud noises are allowed during these times. If law enforcement is called to the house for disturbances, you will be vacated from the premises, the booking immediately canceled, no refunds will be given for time remaining on your booking, and a $500 fee will be assessed for the infringement.

• NO putting any holes in walls and ceilings, including tacks to hang decorations.

• NO wheeled items are pulled/wheeled along the floors. This includes but is not limited to: wheeled luggage, rollerblades, skateboards, wheelies/heelies (sneakers). The hardwood has recently been redone, and the wheels are scratched.

• At no time will additional overnight guests be permitted in the house. Only the guests confirmed during the booking process are permitted overnight. If any additional guests are requested, there must be prior written consent from the host. If there is no prior consent from the host given and/or this rule is violated, there will be a fee of $500 due immediately (plus all applicable extra person charges) and/or the termination of your stay without refunds.

• Furniture is not to be moved. The furnishings and the property must be kept in good order. All property in the home and on its premises shall remain in the home and on its premises.

• If you or any guests leave a personal item or request shipment, there will be a $50 errand fee to compensate for travel time and gas, as well as any shipping fees. Errand fee must be paid prior to us shipping.
