Welcome to our spacious and private 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, townhome in the heart of Burbank! Our home is designed with comfort in mind, as all the essentials needed for an extended stay are provided. The home features, two, private outdoor patios, extra large closets, and designated work spaces. Not to mention, location is key, as there are plenty of shops and restaurants minutes away! Our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located on a quiet, residential street in Burbank. There is designated parking, plus free street parking. The second bedroom has a Murphy Bed - so may easily be converted into an office, nursery, etc. Please note that the garage is not for guest use. Guest will enter via the front door, with their own unique access code. We do not live on-site, but just a quick call away. The hot tub and garage are NOT for guest use!
