Kitchen: New Dacor appliances, Ice Machine, Garage style window, leading into the backard, breakfast nook. Bedroom 1: California King Bed, Steam Shower, Toto Smart Toilet, Samsung Frame TV Bedroom 2: King Bed, Workspace, Door that leads to Outdoor Shower, En-suite Bath Bedroom 3: King Bed, En-suite bath, Door leading to the front of the home with canyon views Front Patio: Fire-pit, sun loungers and the best views in LA! Backyard: Outdoor shower, dining table and bar stools leading into the kitchen. **Service may be limited, as you are at the top of Beachwood Canyon, however there is excellent wifi and extenders at the home. Guest will enter via a private road, that will lead you to Mulholland Hwy. Once at the property, you will enter the home via a private code. **There is an unfinished pool that is CLOSED off in backyard. This is OFF LIMITS** The pool is completely fenced off and NOT for use. ***The garage is NOT for guest use. There is plenty of parking on the property.
