The property is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac off of Coldwater Canyon in Studio City. The home is an expansive, single story home, with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We offer multiple work spaces, outdoor lounge areas, a basketball court, BBQ Grill, and everything you will need for a comfortable, extended stay.

Guests will enter via a private gate and then will have a access to the home.

The garage is not for guest access. There are multiple closets locked with our personal belongings! Not for guest access.

We are currently not at the property, but just a quick message away if needed.

The home is situated in Studio City, right off of Ventura and Coldwater Canyon.

Universal Studios: 5 Miles, 10 minute drive

Nearest Grocery Store: Ralph's > 3 minute drive

This is our primary home! We are happy to share with guests from all around the globe.

We hope you will respect the following rules:

* No smoking allowed inside of the home. Smoking indoors will result in a $500 fee!

* Quiet hours are from 10PM - 7AM

*No Garage Access

*You will be able to park 2 cars in the driveway

If you or any guests leave a personal item or request shipment, there will be a $50 errand fee to compensate for travel time and gas, as well as any shipping fees. Errand fee must be paid prior to us shipping.
